Service Commencement
Subscriptions and service plans commence immediately upon successful payment confirmation and onboarding activation. Clients receive confirmation by email along with next steps.
Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation is displayed on-screen immediately after a successful transaction and is also sent by email to the registered address within a few minutes.
Delivery Method
All our IT and data services are delivered digitally through secure online channels. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery Fees
Since all Vectaga services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or delivery fees. All costs are included in the subscription or project price displayed at the time of purchase. There are no hidden charges or additional delivery-related costs.
Fulfilment Timelines
Onboarding instructions are provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Ongoing deliverables (such as monitoring reports, vulnerability assessments, or consulting hours) follow the timelines defined in the subscribed plan or Statement of Work (SOW).
Evidence of Service
Periodic reports, monitoring logs, ticketing summaries, and other digital deliverables serve as evidence of service fulfilment.
